Terms & Conditions – YOO Pune

1. Project Overview

All details related to YOO Pune, including specifications, amenities, layouts, pricing, and features, are subject to modification without prior notice by the developer. Any such changes will comply with applicable laws and MahaRERA regulations.

2. Booking and Allotment

• Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed booking amount.
• The allocation of residences (including 4.5 BHK Villas) will be at the sole discretion of the developer.
• The buyer must execute the Agreement to Sale within the stipulated time to secure the allotment.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the schedule provided by the developer.
• Delayed payments may attract interest as per the agreement.
• All payments should be made only through approved channels in the developer’s official account.

4. Carpet Area & Visuals

The final carpet area will be as per MahaRERA-approved plans. Images, brochures, and visuals are for representation only and may not be part of the actual offering.

5. Possession & Delay

Possession of units will be provided within the timeline mentioned in the Agreement to Sale, subject to force majeure. In case of delays, buyers will be compensated in accordance with MahaRERA provisions.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be processed as per the terms in the booking form or agreement. Refunds will be issued after deduction of applicable charges and statutory taxes.

7. Legal Framework

All transactions are subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and other applicable laws. Buyers are advised to verify all legal documents independently.

8. Communication & Updates

By expressing interest or booking, you authorize YOO Pune or its authorized representatives to contact you via phone, SMS, or email for project updates and promotions.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
